It is your responsibility to select the correct course suitable to yourself and/or your Company as we cannot be held responsible if any course purchased online does not meet with your requirements or is not suitable for your needs. Please make sure that courses purchased will suit your requirements, as no refund will be issued for courses purchased.
If you are have selected to complete “Blended Training” then all online elements of the training programme must be completed prior to attending any classroom based training sessions. Proof of completing all online elements of blended programmes must be submitted to the classroom instructor on the day of training, as entry will be refused if no proof is submitted and course fees will be lost. You will need to ensure that there is an instructor available in your area to provide the classroom/skills evaluation part of the training selected. (We can try assist with this).
We also offer onsite training for companies and groups and all invoices must be cleared prior to us conducting any onsite training. If cancellation is required for onsite training, this must be provided in writing. If cancellation for onsite training is within 7 days of course start date, then total course fee will become the cancellation fee.
